Dami is a Healthcare Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations and project management. She began her career as a Pharmacist (PharmD) and spent eight years as a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, medication management and leadership. Following this, Dami transitioned into project management, spending two years at Johnson & Johnson as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master on Data Warehouse projects. In this role, she played a key part in guiding multiple teams through the adoption of agile methodologies, driving improvements in technical delivery and project outcomes.
