Geoff Cooper
CEO and President
Geoff was CIO for ten years at Sunrise Medical, a global provider of products for the home health and Long-Term Care markets. Products manufactured, distributed and supported by Sunrise Medical included: Quickie wheelchairs, Guardian crutches and walkers, DeVilbiss respiratory products, Hoyer lifts, Joerns beds and Dynavox augmentative and communication devices. Prior to Sunrise Medical, Geoff was an IT executive with GE Access, InfoNow, Exabyte and Unisys. He has also worked as a part-time lecturer at the University of Colorado, Leeds Business School. Geoff obtained a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
Scott Simpson
Chief Technology Officer
Scott worked for three years as CTO for MedCere, a provider of physician practice management software. The MedCere product was delivered as a Software-as-a-Service offering using the Microsoft .Net architecture. Prior to MedCere Scott worked as the Director of Programming for the national grocery chain Wild Oats. He also successfully founded and exited a Florida-based practice management software company for the legal industry which had over 100 employees.
Kevin Luff
Chief Operating Officer
Kevin spent 18 years focused on software solutions for development testing and quality assurance, and production performance and availability of Enterprise Applications. In Senior Sales Management roles at Hewlett-Packard, Mercury, and Freshwater Software, Kevin had responsibility managing sales activity to all segments and verticals in the marketplace, from Fortune 500 to Small and Medium Business (SMB). Kevin earned a BA in Communications from the Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and an MBA, with a focus in technology from the University of Denver. Kevin is an active participant in the non-profit community of Boulder. He is a long-time Board Member of Emergency Family Assistance (EFAA), previously serving as Board President.
Brad Sather
Vice President of Enterprise Architecture
Brad has over 25 years of software development and technology leadership in the healthcare industry. Prior to this role, Brad was the Director of Technology at Axion Health, a leader in employee based health and wellness systems. Brad has directed the creation and deployment of several health care technology based products from a Transcription based EMR for MD-IT, to medical procedure training systems for eTrinsic. Brad has a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado.
Mary Moore
Director Professional Services
Mary has 20+ years working within IT and now, as CaraSolva’s Director of Professional Services, works to enhance CaraSolva’s implementation and service offerings. Past industry experience includes health insurance, enterprise database development and telecomm. Always desiring to achieve efficiencies and excellence through technology, Mary became passionate about applying her skillset to the healthcare industry. After obtaining a Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITEC) scholarship from the University of Colorado, Mary received her HIT certification allowing her to leverage her IT expertise to facilitate adoption of electronic systems such as eMARs. Mary earned a BA and MBA from the University of Colorado as well. Mary loves skiing in the Colorado mountains and she enjoys working with such a dedicated team and the customers who work endlessly to improve the lives of the people they care for.
Chris DiRosa
Customer Success Manager
Chris began working with individuals with I/DD 8 years ago. Over this time Chris has worked in multiple roles as an Assistive Technology Instructor and SmartHome Manager with multiple service organizations located in Colorado. Chris has been part of dedicated teams responsible for the implementation of many innovative efficiencies and trainings designed to better meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Chris has been a strong advocate for incorporating technology into residential & classroom settings for independent living and has point of care knowledge in a variety of systems that are being used by service providers nationally.
Aditi Shenoy
Product Quality Manager
Aditi has been with CaraSolva for 5 years. She started as an associate in Marketing, Finance and Customer support, Product Specialist and later moved to the current role of Product Quality Manager. She is responsible for customer and pharmacy support, new implementations, pharmacy interface and Quality Assurance. With a deep knowledge of the product, she acts as liaison between customers, the product and the product developers.
She has Bachelors in Electronics & Telecommunication and an MBA in Finance. Her prior work experience includes working as a manager for HDFC Bank.
Jemel Oldham-Chatara
Pharmacy Interface Analyst
Jemel spent 10 years in Education & Educational Planning/Management until recently becoming motivated to apply his knowledge & experience to the healthcare industry. Jemel is the member of our team who ensures that the Pharmacy Interface is working well for providers and pharmacies. Along with the day to day Pharmacy Interface maintenance and enhancement responsibilities, Jemel delivers provider and pharmacy training and consulting to successfully onboard new providers and share process improvements. Jemel has a Bachelors in Secondary Education & is a SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
Outside of work, Jemel enjoys hiking, visiting national parks across the U.S., and traveling internationally.
David Giordano
Software Developer
David’s responsibilities with CaraSolva include the development of new features to MedSupport’s user interface, improving the overall system performance, and implementing integrations with partner platforms. David has over 5 years of experience in software development, including development work at Pennsylvania State University. David earned a BS in Information Science and Technology from Penn State and an MS-Ed in Science Education. David also has experience as a residential counselor in a group home, providing him specific insight to the needs of care providers.
Amelia Moritz
Customer Experience Specialist
Amelia brings a wealth of customer service and leadership experience to CaraSolva. Having served the workforce in several different industries, Amelia has managed large teams in the food service industry, planned several high-scale, large public events and also owns her own wedding planning business. Amelia began her career in customer service at a young age. Her expertise and ability to motivate others, makes her a great asset to the CaraSolva team! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time planning weddings with her husband in the many beautiful backdrops of Colorful Colorado.
