SSO (Single Sign-On)
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a security feature that allows you to log in using your existing company credentials like your work email and computer password instead of creating and remembering a separate username and password just for CaraSolva.
How Do I Log In with SSO?
To access CaraSolva MedSupport® or other CaraSolva products that use SSO (Single Sign-On), use your company’s SSO portal. An SSO portal is a central “launchpad” webpage provided by your company. Think of it as a secure home screen for all your work applications. Instead of logging in to CaraSolva, your email, and your HR software separately, you log in to this portal once and choose the app you need.
How to find your SSO portal
Because this portal is specific to your organization, its web address is unique to your agency.
Check your browser bookmarks: Look for folders named “Work Links,” “Agency Apps,” or “Staff Portal.”
Look for common names: Many companies use portals such as Okta, Microsoft MyApps, OneLogin, or JumpCloud.
Search your intranet: The portal is often linked from your company’s internal homepage.
